The place turned out to be good value in comparison to other hotels. Attentive service, effective place. Old Town district was worth exploring. Room was warm enough and warm enough, and with a fresh decor. It was spotless here, the staff were adorable. Pool was excellent and beds were big:)))

There was a wonderful reception. Its staff was unobtrusive & cheerful. We had really tasty breakfast for an early morning coffee. Next to the train station, easy to move around.

Really handy location & exceptionally wonderful personnel - good value. Loved Lucerne, the hotel was hospitable! It was set close to a train station, so we travelled a lot.

Helpful staff, very clean HOTel, hot breakfast. Greatly enjoyed how the quadruple room was arranged when we arrived. Had nice dainties at Macchi, located 4-6 minutes walking distance the venue. Good base for a 1-night stay.
